Vivo Y15D Spotted in IMEI Database, Expected to Launch Soon

After being found on the IMEI database, the Vivo Y15D is said to be coming out soon in China. It is said to be a smartphone that won’t break the bank. The report also gave some details about the phone’s hardware. According to the report, the smartphone will have the same specs and look as the Vivo Y15c, which was just released in India. The MediaTek Helio P35 SoC is said to be what makes the Vivo Y15D work. It was seen with the model number V2161 in the IMEI database.

Together with Root My Galaxy, tipster Paras Guglani said that the smartphone brand Vivo is likely to release a cheap phone in China called Y15D. The model number for the phone, V2161, was found in the IMEI database, the report said.

Vivo Y15D specifications 

People say that the Vivo Y15D has the same specs and design as the Vivo Y15c. You may remember that the Vivo Y15c was just released in India in Mystic Blue and Wave Green. The phone has a 6.51-inch IPS screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio and HD+ resolution.

Like the Vivo Y15c, the rumored Y15D will reportedly have a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of built-in storage. Funtouch OS 11.1, which is based on Android 11 Go Edition, is said to run on the phone.

The phone is said to have a 13-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel super macro lens on the back for taking photos and videos. The camera could have a panorama mode, a face beauty mode, a live photo mode, a time-lapse mode, a Pro mode, and a document scanning mode.

The report also says that smartphones could have an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with an Aura screen light for selfies and video chats. Like the Vivo Y15c, the phone is said to have a 5,000mAh battery. It may also be able to charge in the opposite direction.
