South Korean tech company Samsung is rumored to be planning to release the Samsung Galaxy S23 series next year. Now, a reliable tipster named Ice Universe has revealed the chipset and battery size of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. The source said that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset will power the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The 4nm chipset is likely to have 1 x Cortex-X3, 2 x Cortex-A720, 2 x Cortex-A710, 3 x Cortex-A510, and an Adreno 740 GPU. TSMC will be in charge of making the SoC. In terms of optics, the rumored Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a new 200-megapixel camera, that Samsung is putting the finishing touches on an updated 200-megapixel sensor that will be called ISOCELL HP3. The Electro-Mechanics division is in charge of the other 70 percent of the manufacturing. Samsung Electronics is in charge of 30 percent of the manufacturing. Pixel binning is likely to be used on the Galaxy S23 Ultra. This combines the information from several smaller pixels on the camera’s image sensor into one “super pixel.” Pixel binning is better than just adding more megapixels to a smartphone camera.

Samsung released the ISOCELL HP1 sensor last year. It is said to be able to handle 200 megapixels. It has an optical format of 11.22 inches and pixels that are 0.64 microns in size. The ISOCELL HP1 can record 8K videos at 30 frames per second (fps) with minimal loss in the field of view.

As it stands right now, the Galaxy S23 Ultra looks like a box. The phone may get a screen with holes in it and curved edges. It should have a 120 Hz refresh rate. The phone seems to have a silver metal frame with bands that look like antennas. The idea also shows how the phone works with the S-Pen.
