The company is attempting to take advantage of the potential of Android tablets with its first-ever OnePlus Pad, but it has also moved closer to providing a multi-device ecosystem, which has previously been under Samsung’s control. The pad is thin, light, and easy to hold, which makes it a good choice for heavy daily use.
For people who like numbers: It is 25.80 cm tall, 18.94 cm wide, 0.65 cm thick, and weighs 552 grams. The pad also has a 2.5-inch round edge, which the company says is a first for a tablet and makes it easier and more comfortable to hold.
Both the metal base and the screen of the OnePlus Pad tend to get dirty. But parts like the sticky keyboard, which we’ll talk about later, can help to some extent. The appearance of the tablet is simple, with just an on/off button and volume rockers. They are on the top and right sides of the pad if you are holding it in a portrait position. If you are using the magnetic keyboard, they are on the left and top of the pad.
The camera is in the middle of the device when it is held in a landscape position. When I use the device in landscape mode, it works fine, but when I use the tablet in portrait mode, my fingers rub against the bigger circular housing.
Before we get to the screen, this tablet doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack, which can be a deal-breaker for some users. Also, it doesn’t have a fingerprint reader or slots for SIM cards or MicroSD cards, so you can’t add more memory to it.
