Google showed off the long-awaited Google Pixel watch at I/O ’22. And recently, the search giant announced that its first smartwatch will be released on October 6 at the “Made by Google” event, along with the Pixel 7 phones. A new report shows how much the Pixel Watch will cost and what colors it will come in before it comes out. Here’s what’s going on.
Price Baba says that a source named Sudhanshu Ambhore told them that the Google Pixel Watch will come in Chalk, Charcoal, and Obsidian. The article also says that the Wi-Fi version of the wearable would cost between €250 and €350 (roughly $250 and $350, or Rs 19,250 and Rs 27,900) in Europe. On the Indian subcontinent, we can expect the Pixel watch to cost less than it does in the United States.
For those who don’t know, the Pixel watch is likely to come in three different styles. One model might only be able to connect via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, while the other two could also connect via LTE. Leaks from the past suggest that the Pixel Watch LTE version will cost about $399 (Rs 31,800) in the United States.
If we talk about the Google Pixel Watch’s specs, it’s likely to have an OLED screen. It might be run by an older Exynos 9110 chipset and have 1.5GB or 2GB of RAM. There are also rumors that the watch’s processor will be joined by a second processor to help it do its job. It will also come with 32GB of built-in storage and run on WearOS.
Most likely, Google Assistant and Google apps like Maps will work with the Pixel Watch when it comes out. It is said that a single charge of the Pixel watch will only last for a day. This could be different if AOD is turned on or Sleep tracking is turned on. It is also said that the watch takes 110 minutes to fully charge, which is a long time compared to other watches in the same category.
