The Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ have been making headlines in recent weeks, with most of their anticipated specifications revealed. We’re now seeing specifications for the high-end Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (courtesy of Win future, a German website). The design of the smartphone is similar to that of its predecessor, but the metal frame itself is thicker. As a result, the back and front curvature of the glass appears less prominent.

Display: The smartphone will have a 6.8-inch Quad HD+ Infinity-O-Edge Dynamic AMOLED Display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It will have a brightness of 1750 nits.
Hardware: A 3.36GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4nm chipset with an Adreno 740 GPU will power the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. It will also include 8GB / 12GB LPDDR5X RAM as well as 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
Camera: A 200MP primary camera with an ISOCELL HP2 sensor, a 12MP 120-degree Ultra Wide sensor, and a 10MP Periscope lens with 10x zoom will be included in the smartphone. It will also have a front-facing camera with a resolution of 12MP.
Battery: The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging and Qi wireless charging support.
Operating system: Android 13 with One UI 5.1 will power the smartphone.
